The One vancouver
The One is located in False Creek South, at 38 and 88 West 1st Avenue, in Vancouver, B.C
The One is the last of Pinnacle’s Condo Developments to be built in Vancouver’s thriving Olympic Village.
We worked under Pinnacle’s contract; our scope of work was:
- Concrete & cement finishing
- Preparing concrete for other trades
- Rope access Services : power washing, window cleaning, cement finishing on hard to reach
- surfaces
- Waterproofing preparation
Capstan Village Richmond
Capstan Village is located on the north side of Capstan Way between Garden City Road and Sexsmith Road in Richmond’s City Centre, just blocks from the potential future Capstan Canada Line Station.
Pinnacle Living at Capstan Village will be one of the most complete communities in Richmond with a mix of 5 residential buildings, as well as retail and office components.
We worked under Pinnacle’s contract; our scope of work was:

Trophy at the Pier North Vancouver
Trophy at the Pier is located on the waters of Burrard Inlet ,at 172 Victory Ship Way in North Vancouver, B.C. The Pier is home to Atrium, Trophy and soon to be Cascade.
There are few waterfront addresses that offer a front row seat to the beauty of Burrard Inlet and Downtown Vancouver.

Graveley St. Vancouver
Residential emergency renovation due to flooding.
Our scope of work was::
- Demolition
- Cleaning and sanitizing
- Mold inspection and removal
- Floor installation, drywall replacement on affected areas
- Painting and full washroom renovation.
